Within 48 hours of your activity date, if Go Ape is operational, you will not be entitled to move your booking, or receive any refunds for cancellations.

Can I bring spectators?

Of course, They encourage you to share your adventure. Please be courteous of others and they just ask that you continue to be proactive with social distancing. If an area does get busy, spectators may be asked to move away from the activity slightly, but they will still be able to cheer you on.

You can book on the day if there are spaces available, but phone signal and internet are unreliable in their forest locations, so they highly recommend doing this before you travel to avoid disappointment.

What happens to my booking if you have to close due to staff isolation?

They are looking forward to welcoming you and expect your activity to go ahead as planned. If they have to cancel your booking as a result of staff shortages due to self-isolation, they will notify you by e-mail, text message or both and issue you a full refund. Please be assured that they will do everything in their power to continue to operate. Any cancellation will be the last resort and based purely upon customer safety.
