Circumstances in which Menarys may determine, in their sole discretion, that they will not replace your RewardMe Card include those where they reasonably believe that the notified incident has been caused by your willful breach of these Terms and Conditions or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct.
