What is your returns and exchanges policy?

* Returns can be started with an order number or email address.
* Unwashed, unworn items purchased within 90 days with an order number are eligible for return.
* All international orders, as well as personalized, embroidered, sale and items sold as “final sale”, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Once the return is received and processed, orders will either be refunded to the original payment method or for store credit to use towards a future purchase. All domestic Gift returns will receive store credit that can be used to shop online or in a Guideshop.
* All domestic Gift returns must be accompanied with an order number or record of the sale to be accepted.
* Shipping fees are not refunded.
* You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back.
* Please include the original packing slip from your order with your return.
* If no packing slip is included, your return might not be accepted.
* If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ask for personal identification.
* If items in the return are significantly used or not in resellable condition, we also reserve the right to refuse the return and will mail back the items.
