All you have to do is click the X button when placing an order. Funds are automatically returned within 2 days to the account from which the payment was made.

I have sent the funds but the order status is “Checking In” What to do?

In this case, Sendit is waiting for the payment to be posted. If it takes longer than usual and you are concerned about your payment - write to them. The Customer Relations Department will verify the status of your payment.

I have not received an email with documents. Where can I find them?

The documents are available to the User who placed the order. They are available after logging in to Sendit. The consignment note and the acceptance report can be downloaded/printed in the MY SHIPMENTS tab. The shipping company GLS is an exception. In this case, the courier brings the prepared bill of lading.
